Free?! Downloadable content then? Nice. And is this a new set of missions or actually changed countries and such?

Beh! Still a year to go. At least Cataclysm is scheduled for somewhere this year, LoL

nope, no missions or quests yet, although lieutenant Thackeray asks for your help in organizing Gwen's birthday and acts as a collector for some stupid stuff, giving you other stupid stuff in return :)

LoL! What's the bloody point in doing those things then? I don't want stupid things, I want stuff that works and does something.

Like the engineering boots in WoW. You get a tiny critical strike bonus on top of the fun bonus of "nitro boosts". Which means you get to run -very- fast for a short with trails of fire shooting from your feet. It also looks cool if you don't run - then you look like you've spontaneously combusted, with your feet on fire (without any ill effects). Being an engineering trait they have a small setback though - there's a chance the boost will go wrong and in that case you'll be catapulted straight up, often falling to your death on the way down (but as an engineer I have a parachute woven into my cloak, so if my reflexes don't betray me I'm still perfectly safe)

Oohhh.. the still pictures look nice. Reminds me how "real" GW looked instead of the cartoonstyle I am now all too used to from WoW.

Still, I'm starting to shift back from that now. Not sure how far back I will shift - I feel I am again at a point where I am deciding to cut down my playing time further - permanently. It happened some years ago too when I shifted down an hour a day average or so. This time it may be even more drastic. I'll have to see how the coming days go, yesterday I played 35 minutes and wasn't feeling bad about it - I've been hooked long enough now, LoL.
